Any person wishing to enter the facilities of the Punta Venado Public Terminal must comply with the following:

• If you wish to use the transportation service provided by the shipping companies for crossing to Cozumel Island, it is recommended that you arrive at the Terminal at least two hours prior to the departure time of the ferry you will be boarding.

• Allow the temperature to be taken on the forehead of all passengers inside the vehicle in which they are traveling. If any of them has a temperature higher than 37.5°C (99.5 °F), the shipping companies that provide cargo transportation services shall be informed.

• At all times, the face mask should be worn correctly, completely covering the nose and mouth.

• Throughout their stay at the Terminal, users must remain inside their vehicles. If they need to use the Terminal building facilities, they must follow the signs and indications of the staff.
